By accessing or purchasing the HUMM Roadmap ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Product is offered by Dr. Judith Samson-French ("the Author") through the website hummroadmap.com ("the Site"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or purchase the Product.
2. Product Description
HUMM is a digital educational guide designed to help dog owners track health baselines, prepare for veterinary decisions, and advocate for their dog's care. The Product is delivered as a digital download via email after purchase and includes:
- 10 Essential Exits — delivered immediately upon purchase
- 8 Optional Exits — delivered by email approximately two weeks after purchase
- Appendices including the Emergency Card, Vet Visit Control Panel, and Prevention Deep Dive
3. Not Veterinary Advice
The HUMM Roadmap is for educational purposes only. Nothing in this Product constitutes veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided does not replace the guidance of a licensed veterinarian. Always consult your veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet.
The Author is a licensed veterinarian; however, the purchase of this Product does not establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship.
4. Purchase & Payment
The Product is available for a one-time payment of $97 USD. All sales are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price in full. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect completed purchases.
5. Delivery
Upon successful payment, a download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. If you do not receive the Product within 24 hours, please contact us at the email listed on the Site.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your download, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the HUMM Roadmap — including text, structure, frameworks, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of Dr. Judith Samson-French and is protected by copyright law. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or share the Product in any form
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Product
- Upload the Product to any file-sharing platform or public repository
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
8. Early Bird Bonus
From time to time, promotional offers (such as a free consultation call with the Author) may be made available to a limited number of early purchasers. These offers are subject to availability, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and are non-transferable.
9. User Conduct
You agree to use the Site and Product lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems.
